Coordinating Committee is provided under Article 31 of the Regional Constitution which comprises of the following:-

(a) President of the Region;

(b) Chairperson;

(d) Senior Regional Representative;

(e) Chairperson of the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians; and

(f) Regional Secretary (Ex - Officio).
