It is with a deep sense of shock and profound sadness that I have just learnt of the untimely death of my colleague and Clerk of the National Assembly of Zambia, Mr. Roy Ngulube.

I have had the privilege to interact with the deceased on a wide range of issues recently.

I extend my deepest condolences to his family, the Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, and the entire staff he was leading.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
