The Chairperson of the SoCATT Africa Region Steering Committee, Ambassador Jeanine Kambanda, who also serves as the Clerk of the Chamber of Deputies, Parliament of Rwanda, chaired the meeting, held at Gran Melia Hotel, Arusha, Tanzania.
