The Regional Representative Sub-Committee is composed of Regional Representatives from different Sub-regions of the CPA Africa Region namely East, West,Central and Southern Africa. The Sub-Committee is chaired by the Senior Regional Representative who is the longest serving Regional Representative among sitting members of the Sub-Committee.

The Committee reports to the Co-ordinating and Executive Committees and the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
